Digitalization, demographic change, artificial intelligence, the structural changes are profound. This is very demanding for organizations and for people. The speed can be overwhelming, the uncertainty stressful, and the pressure to keep up can be exhausting. But I am convinced: The future does not belong to those who have perfect plans, but to those who remain adaptable and optimistic.


It is precisely this creative power that inspires me.

 

For over 20 years, I have supported organizations in their growth and individuals in their personal development and the realization of their full potential. As a former executive and current consultant, I provide support in personnel and organizational development and, as a coach, guide leaders and individuals at pivotal moments. I work in a wide variety of contexts and greatly enjoy the diversity of topics encountered in international corporations, medium-sized businesses, and startups.

 

Regardless of industry or organizational structure, I see the greatest leverage for future viability on two levels: Organizations need maximum flexibility and adaptability. People need the willingness and ability to lead themselves. Strengthening these two levels is my mission, through strategic support for organizations and individual coaching for people.
