Who am I here for_

Leaders in Transformation_

Leading through change is particularly demanding. Leaders are caught between strategic goals, operational pressures, the needs of their employees, and their own expectations. I see good leadership as a crucial lever for building adaptable organizations. The best strategies fail without leaders who can shape change.

Most leaders don't just want to manage, but to shape and lead themselves and others authentically. And to navigate their teams through uncertainty with clarity, energy, and focus.

My approach: To create a safe space for these areas of tension. Without a facade, but with the necessary depth to gain inner clarity, strengthen one's leadership presence, and remain effective.

People at turning points_

Many people sense it's time for something new. Or they're facing major decisions and don't know which path to take. They reconsider the situation again and again, play through possible scenarios, but feel trapped between familiar certainties and new opportunities. Change challenges us because our brains are programmed for security and familiar patterns. It triggers resistance because we have to let go of the familiar before we know exactly what the new world holds.

My approach: To jointly create foresight for possibilities and to develop clarity and confidence for change through concrete steps and ideas.

As a coach_

In 1:1 coaching, I support people in very different roles and life situations.

As someone with extensive business and leadership experience and a systemic coach (DBVC), I see myself as a facilitator of individual development. Coaching is a particularly effective approach to clarifying personal concerns in a safe space, gaining new clarity, and mobilizing one's own resources to develop concrete options for action in everyday life and work.

As a sparring partner_

As a sparring partner, I see myself as someone who works with leaders or specialists in a goal-oriented manner, providing concrete suggestions and subject matter expertise to address a challenge.

In my experience, this form of consulting is particularly well-suited as an efficient support for transformation projects.

As a sparring partner, I can be consulted, for example, on strategic issues or for exchanging ideas on how to navigate difficult situations.
