In 2023, I took a step that many of my clients consider: I left behind the security of a leadership position in an international financial company and became self-employed. At the same time, I moved to another continent. A double new beginning, then - professionally and personally.

 

I not only left my comfort zone but also lost two familiar identities: the leader in an established company and the person in their social life. A fresh start without familiar structures and without the established social environment.

 

I know change: as a leader who has had to navigate upheaval for themselves and others. As a project manager who has strategically shaped transformations. And as a self-employed person who has taken the leap into the unknown. These three perspectives shape my work: I understand what change means - emotionally, strategically, and practically.
