After years of experience as a people and project manager in leading international service companies in the finance and consulting sector, I decided to become self-employed in 2023.

During my career, I often witnessed important changes being postponed because internal resources were too busy with day-to-day tasks. I believe that external resources can create additional capacities, especially in important projects. Outsourcing services can open up new options for action, using the experience and knowledge of the service provider carrying out the work to optimize existing concepts or identify untapped potential.

As a flexible resource, I am passionate about human resources management and sharing my broad experience with dynamic organizations, courageous company founders, and people willing to change and move projects forward.
