In 2023, I took a step that many of my clients consider taking. Starting something completely new. I left behind the security of a management position in an international financial company and became self-employed. At the same time, I moved to another continent. A double new beginning, both professionally and personally.

 

I left not only my comfort zone, but also two familiar identities: the manager in an established company and the person in their familiar everyday life. A fresh start without familiar structures and without the familiar social environment.

 

I know change. As a leader who has navigated upheaval, both personally and professionally. As a project manager who has strategically shaped transformations. And as a self-employed individual who has taken the leap into the unknown. These three perspectives shape my work. I understand what triggers change on an emotional level and how it can be strategically planned and practically implemented.

After more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and through my work as a consultant and coach, I am more convinced than ever: Every person, every organization possesses untapped potential.
